1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using Method19, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION Method19 is a premium baseball training platform offering structured training programs including Strength & Conditioning, Skill Development, and Throwing Plans for $1,500 per subscription.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Subscription fee of $1,500 is required for access to training programs

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified

  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

5. PERMITTED USE You may use Method19 solely for personal baseball training purposes. You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Copy, distribute, or modify training content

  • Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, training programs, and materials on Method19 are proprietary and protected by copyright laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Method19 is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service.

8. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms or for any reason with notice.

Safety and Legal Information

IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER ⚠️ PHYSICIAN CONSULTATION REQUIRED Before beginning any Method19 training program, participants must:

  • Obtain written medical clearance from a licensed physician

  • Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations

  • Have a current physical examination on file

ATHLETIC TRAINING INJURY RISKS Participation in baseball training programs carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Acute injuries (sprains, strains, fractures, concussions)

  • Overuse injuries (tendinitis, stress fractures, joint wear)

  • Cardiovascular events during intense training

  • Equipment-related injuries

  • Environmental hazards (heat illness, dehydration)

PARENTAL SUPERVISION FOR MINORS For participants under 18 years of age:

  • Direct adult supervision is REQUIRED during all training activities

  • Parent/guardian must be present or designate a qualified adult supervisor

  • Supervisor must be familiar with emergency procedures

  • Emergency contact information must be readily available

  • Training intensity should be age-appropriate and medically approved

ASSUMPTION OF RISK By consenting to participation, you acknowledge that:

  • Baseball training involves inherent and significant risks of injury

  • Method19 cannot eliminate all risks associated with athletic training

  • Proper technique, gradual progression, and medical clearance reduce but do not eliminate risks

  • Participants and parents assume full responsibility for injury risks

  • Professional medical attention should be sought for any training-related injuries

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

  • Stop training immediately if injury occurs or is suspected

  • Seek immediate medical attention for serious injuries

  • Report all injuries to Method19 support

  • Maintain updated emergency contact information

  • Have emergency action plan in place for training locations

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS Method19's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Participants and parents waive claims against Method19 for injuries resulting from program participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

MEDICAL MONITORING Participants should:

  • Monitor for signs of overtraining or injury

  • Maintain regular communication with healthcare providers

  • Modify or cease training as medically advised

  • Report concerning symptoms immediately

AGE-SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS For youth athletes:

  • Growth plate injuries are of particular concern

  • Training loads must be appropriate for developmental stage

  • Adult supervision and guidance is essential

  • Regular medical monitoring is recommended
