STACKED ADAPTIVE SEQUENCING

The Method 19 Training Framework is built using the most advanced training protocol available today. This approach is called Stacked Adaptive Sequencing™ which maximizes the benefit of a workout as a whole through limiting the time it takes to complete the workout itself. Exercises are stacked (ordered) to maximize physiological response whilst limiting the need for extended rest periods because muscles are given the opportunity to recover while other muscles are engaged.
