Here, we make sure you’re in the first group. It’s time to train like the elite—and become one. Until now, this level of training was reserved for only those athletes already considered elite. Why elite level baseball players use Method19?

Vision

The vision training that we offer is advanced but also accessible. You will be walked through an easy-to-follow method for implementing vision training into your daily practice to enhance the speed at which you’re able to compete.

Balance

Balance, like vision are so under-trained in the realm of sport today that we’re actually seeing a decline in performance as a result. We will show you how to level up with easy-to-use advanced neuroscience techniques to help you achieve unparalleled balance.

Breathing

You’ll get access to brain-based breathing techniques to help you maximize your training outcomes and unlock elite potential on the field. Best of all, it fits right into your daily practice and makes a huge impact.

Mobility

We build mobility into everything. Mobility is used to enhance performance, injury prevention, and longevity. Greater power output, improved mechanics and efficiency, and increased agility and quickness all contribute to improved performance. Injury prevention benefits are reduced joint stress, balanced muscle function, and healthier and more durable joints. Longevity benefits from less wear and tear (in a sport prone to overuse injuries) and faster recovery time.

Cardio

Cardio training is extremely lacking in today’s game. Coaches seem to believe that cardio doesn’t have benefit even when it is a foundational tool for health. We tested and 35,000 people to understand heart-rate training and then created interval sequences to mimic game-speed and intensity. You’ll perform at the highest level. All you’ve got to do is show up for 20-minute walk, jog, run, and sprint intervals a few times each week.

Strength

A properly periodized strength training plan is essential for baseball players because it ensures that gains in strength, power, and endurance are built systematically while reducing the risk of overtraining and injury. Periodization aligns training with the natural demands of baseball, allowing players to peak for competition while maintaining durability across a long schedule. This approach enhances game performance and supports joint health, recovery, and overall athletic longevity, giving players a clear competitive edge.

Pitching

Pitching has evolved to prioritize velocity over outcomes, and injuries have become an accepted norm and a necessary cost of advancement. However, with Method 19, we offer a grounded approach to mechanics, throwing programs, bullpen sessions, and long toss training to make pitchers durable and effective without buying into fads or gimmicks. We assess what the pitcher is doing and then implement only the necessary drills to enhance their performance.

Hitting

Many hitters believe in an all-or-nothing approach. However, with Method 19, we consider four aspects of the swing. They must demonstrate both their independence and their ability to collaborate effectively. By doing so, we can assess and then implement between one and four drills to solve immediate issues and progress you forward. We’re not interested in doing drills for the sake of doing drills; we implement drills to move athletes forward in their development.

Game Insights

Even at the highest level of the game, we can see play after play where the players simply didn’t know what to do. This comes down to having game speed intelligence and knowing how to react regardless of the situation. We offer a compilation of over 100 scenarios to stimulate your thinking and help you become an expert in the game. Moreover, we offer advanced knowledge of the game itself.

This training just makes sense. We are trying to compete at a time when everyone is complicating things and looking at more and more data. Method19 is grounded and works. It cuts out the noise and does one thing, it makes you better.
